Why I blog

Why I blog, well I am just getting the hang of this blog thing, so my blogs arent that great so far, but I am just a normal mom, who works and who has struggled with weight, depression, co dependent issues and the list goes on like so many other people out there. I wanted to blog so I can share my story and maybe thru sharing my story I am able to help someone else have an " A Ha" moment and make new and better changes in their life.
I am not an expert, or trained, or certified I am just a normal persone trying to make it thru this world like everyone else the best that I can. I will omit thru this you might read about my set backs, my worries, my fails but thats good too, it shows im human and make mistakes and have real life things. I sometimes see peoples blogs like famous people or people who just whine about nothing. I tend to not have alot of faith in them or learn much because I put my guard up and stop listening. I am guilty of judgement but wait arent we all!
I have a goal list which I am going to post, cause not only am I wanting to help others with this blog I am using this to keep me accountable and this is where I need my readers to help!
1. Lose weight
2. Body build
3. Find something I love and stick with it for a year
4. Become more social in a healthy manor
5. Meet some new people
6. Find 30 mins aday for just me
7. Get out of debt
8. Teach my kids something new ( a life time change)
9. BE ME! -Stop pleasing everyone
10. Become mentally and physically healthy

Thats a big list huh! Well ok blogger friends keep me going too! I want to help you and help me! :) Can we do it yes we can! Lets rock 2012, and who knows what will 2013 will bring and I promise my blog skills will get better!
