When you start your weight loss journey, you must ask your self what inspires you! Why do you do what you do! My kids! number one is what pushes me to live this healthy better life style. I dont want my children to face the demons I face from my childhood and body image I have. Also I want to help others and thirdly I want to be around for a long time! I have to much to do on this earth!
