I had a few moments in the last few weeks where my will power went out the window. I would love to sit here and type this blog and say to you all the great public that I every day wake up with a smile on my face and no care in the world other than getting to the gym and my job. Then if I wrote such a blog about such things the average woman and man would roll their eyes and say I am nothing like her, and she has no idea the real life struggles I have or face over weight loss. The average person is addicted to sweets, to fatty foods to salty food to god knows what. The average person is an emotional eater some may be over weight some may not but the average person has some form of baggage when it comes to eating. I was not born blessed with a society perfect wasit or a society perfect breast size or a society perfect shape but I am me, sand with that said I have to find what works for me to be happy. What workds for you? Ok Ok so your thinking ice cream cookies pizza cake lalala. ME too! But once you want to you can make suttle changes so that you will want the gym, sunlight, social gatherings and a more healthy life style I am going to post some videos and links below of some resources I used to help me get on the weight loss bandwagon! try them out!
